- Planning
- Contracts
- Volunteer recruitment
- Prizes
- Logistics
- Volunteer and contractor management
- Purchasing
- Run sheets
- Coordination on the day/night of the event

Applicants should have event or project management experience, and be able to demonstrate effective people management as well as a very organised and communicative approach to planning.
Time Required
Applicants will need around 3 hours a week available for general planning and preparation, and 10 hours during the week of the event.
