Your contribution of time will help with donations, shop presentation, customer service and point of sale at the Underwood Superstore. Our network of over 130 retail shops helps fund our crisis support services to provide empathy and compassion so that callers feel connected, heard and understood in their time of need.

This volunteer opportunity will help to assist in the OPENING and RUNNING of all aspects of a retail shop to directly fund our 24-hour crisis support line.

Our new Superstore is located on Logan Road and opens soon in a large modern commercial facility. We welcome you to be part of the founding volunteer family as we start setting up from the 1st March 2022 and begin trading on the 31st March 2022.

Tasks involved include: ▪ Customer service ▪ Point of sale transactions ▪ Stock preparation ▪ Shop presentation ▪ Labelling and pricing stock

Time Required

Opening time still to be confirmed but shifts will generally be available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Minimum time commitment of 3-4 hours Monthly
