Sales Executive
About this opportunity
Key Responsibilities • Defines the Business Development Plan for The United Training Program • Proactively generates leads and manages the sales process for the United Training, Corporate Sponsorships and the United Pledge (when ready for launch) • Oversees the commercial team and the achievement of KPIs and their proper use of management systems (eg. Salesforce) • Provides support to the sales team on prospective client/donor/partner calls, as required • Prepares regular progress updates • Proactively identifies ways that we can improve our products and target market proposition.
Qualifications and Requirements • Proven work as a senior Business Development/Sales Manager or Account Director with at least 10 years’ business experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a business management or a related field • Ability to lead multi-functional teams in a complex work environment • Excellent sales management and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills.
