About this opportunity

We are currently looking for a retired health professional who would like to help people who have recovered from a heart event. This position is to answer our call centre queries from people who have questions about their condition. • Must be creative and resourceful to assist callers achieve their goals. • Passionate, empathetic & committed to provide the best care to each individual • Delivering high quality person centered support • Assisting individuals by directing them to the best provider for the outcome they want Skills and experience • Experience in general clinical conditions with knowledge of heart disease • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills • Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours.

Covid-19 vaccination .

Time Required

Four hours per day, one or two days per week.
