Admin Assistant

About this opportunity

Welcome clients. Make or change appointments by phone or in person. Manage bookkeeping (receive and process incoming and outgoing funds). Compile monthly or annual statistics. Assist with administrative functions as needed. Manage correspondence in and out. Manage and update the filing system.


Additional requirements

National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

Advantageous to know MYOB and use of Microsoft 365 suits, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher.
Reliability.
Ability to take initiatives within own area of responsibilities.
Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills.
Willingness to share knowledge with others.
Work well within a multidisciplinary team
Understanding of privacy law with regards to requirements for privacy and confidentiality of client information

Time Required

Minimum 5 hours per week or three days per week maximum 15 hours total
