Creative Lifestyle Support Volunteers
About this opportunity
We are looking for compassionate and caring volunteers to be involved with our wonderful residents. You will be assisting our dedicated and inexperienced creative lifestyle team to bring joy and meaning to not only yourself but a wonderful mix of residents from all walks of life. You will be asked to assist and join in with a range of activities that include: One-on -one conversations Board games Singing Dancing Cooking Reading books and newspapers Going on bus trips Visual Arts You will be rewarded with smiles and the knowledge that you can make a difference in people's lives. All volunteers must have had their COVID vaccinations.
Additional requirements
Covid-19 vaccination . NDIS screening check .
Current COVID vaccination. Lutheran Services will apply and pay for your NDIS card.
We need our Volunteers on Mondays and Wednesdays either mornings or afternoons, but will work around any other days that you can commit to.

All Volunteers receive training on site so that you can understand how your work assists the whole team to deliver peron centred care to all our residents.
ReimbursementAll volunteers receive a free lunch/dinner if they work more than 4 hours.
