About this opportunity
As a member of the Abbeyfield Garran Inc Management Committee you will be responsible for the ensuring the provision of a safe environment for the residents and staff of Abbeyfield House. The position entails ongoing minor repairs and organising trades when necessary to carry out larger maintenance jobs. In addition there is a twice yearly safety inspection which is conducted with other committee members. There are other volunteers who can assist with tasks. This could be shared position between 2 committee members. A short report is required for the monthly committee meeting.

Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *.
Working with vulnerable peoples card mandatory Handyman experience
Approximately 1 hour per week as well as attendance at the monthly committee management committee meeting on 3rd Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30
