About this opportunity
We are in need of Information Guides and Restoration Assistants who will help preserve the Far North’s aviation and WW2 history. You will build on your current skill set whilst helping grow FNQ Aviation Museum.
A range of other roles are also available including the:
• restoration of WW2 artifacts and aircraft (aircraft engineering, engineering students and non engineering backgrounds) • information guides • building, maintenance and grounds keeping general hands • grant applications and management • administration and organisation of historical records • welding frames and jigs to form displays • design – museum curation and design
Training and supervision to be provided where required in all roles – learn a new skill or use your existing skill set to help grow the organisation in its formative years and become apart of history in itself!
