About this opportunity

Working closely with other staff and directors of the business your role will include general office administration, data entry and other office duties. With a combination of regular tasks, ad-hoc duties and project based work your day will be filled with variety and interesting work.

To be successful for this position you will need to have previous experience in this type of role and a willingness and ability to learn quickly. Good computer skills are absolutely essential. You should also have proven time management and work prioritisation skills, excellent written and verbal skills, and an ability to work unsupervised to a goal. You will need to be incredibly organised, accurate, diligent and hard working. Experience using graphic design programs will be advantageous in your application. Your role will include:

Ad-hoc office projects. Word processing and excel data entry. Involvement producing various regular management reports. Website product listings. Incoming phone call management. Delivering administrative support and service to other stakeholders in the business. Providing support and assistance to managers and director

We are a growing business looking for an office all-rounder to fill a key office administration role
Common Duties include:

recruiting, training and managing employees and volunteers
financial/accounts administration
handling correspondence
organising meetings and producing agendas and minutes
answering telephone calls
contacting potential donors
organising social media and other publicity work
helping to manage IT systems.

Time Required

6 hours per week during Monday to Friday
