About this opportunity

We are seeking volunteers to respond to calls for assistance through our Toowoomba Family Support Centre. You will gain valuable work experience including but not limited to call centre, data entry and general office skills.

As a Call Centre Operator you will be requested to respond to calls for assistance with empathy, enter data with accuracy and email information through to our conferences.
