Animals commonly needing foster care from this facility include:
Various sized adult dogs, including those requiring post-surgery recovery, behaviour modification, socialisation or ongoing treatment
Cats and kittens, including those requiring post-surgery recovery or treatment for medical conditions
Cats and kittens with Ringworm
Mother cats with kittens
Foster carers are required to:
Be over the age of 18, with every household resident agreeing to foster
Have an appropriate space or backyard for animals to live in
Provide daily love, care, and attention to foster animals
Transport the animal to and from veterinary appointments, as required
Monitor the animal for health and behaviour development or changes
Stay in contact with the shelter while fostering, via email or phone
