You will implement, maintain and operate Slack, Jira, Confluence application infrastructure, along with implementing new workflows..
- Work closely with key stakeholders to analyse systems, identify issues and develop process improvements and implement solutions.
- Analyse benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Manage project life-cycle from initial inception through to completion.
- Analyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
- Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project team.
- Manage the business impacts resulting from project and innovation ensuring stakeholders are engaged and supported in meeting objectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of system enhancement/development
