Young People One off - an event New South Wales NSW

About this opportunity

UN Youth Australia is Australia’s largest and oldest youth-led not-for-profit. We are an organisation that exists exclusively through volunteers, and embodies the 'youth-led' ideal literally, with volunteers exclusively aged between 17 and 25. We run educational workshops, competitions, and conferences for high school students with the mission to educate and empower young Australians on important social, political and economic issues.

Becoming a UN Youth NSW facilitator involves:

  • Gaining highly sought soft-skills and integrating with the not-for-profit sector, with opportunities to network with professionals across various NGOs and government or educational institutions;
  • Flexibly engage with opportunities to suit your workload and schedule as your involvement is as intensive as you choose;
  • Build incredible friendships with the large and diverse network of passionate and driven volunteers; and
  • Tackle significant up-skilling opportunities by taking on the various roles we offer volunteers! (ranging from educational content writing, media and marketing, finance, event management and much more!)
