Volunteer Exercise Instructor

About this opportunity

Person required to undertake weekly chair based\low impact exercise program at local Community Centre. Participants are currently over 55 years but the program is open to all aged over 16 years.

Program has a long history within the Centre which has been in operation for over 10 years with the current instructor needing to step down. Successful applicant must have qualifications in personal training/physical education/health.

This program has a real impact on the lives of its participants; studies show how important it is to maintain health and wellbeing in the aged. You have the opportunity to make an impact and change someone's life for the better. Class is held Monday from 12pm until 1pm.

  • Role description will be sent after EOI has been received.
  • Qualification in Personal Training/Physical Education/Health
  • Experience in conducting expercise program (one on one or group)
  • Working With Children Check and or Vulnerable Persons Check
