IT Technician
About this opportunity
The volunteer IT Technicians help refurbish devices to provide to the needy in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Test computer software, peripherals, hardware for functionality and compatibility
- Document test findings
- Ability to solve problems individually or as part of a team
- Liaise with clients as required
- Follow policies and procedures to support team members
Desired Qualities:
- Related experience with computers with moderate IT skills.
- Possess and be able to demonstrate strong work ethics.
- Apply attention to detail in daily work practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Apply initiative and multitask when required.
- Within a team, take initiative and multitask.
- Possess an understanding of working with people with disabilities.
- Follow Management leadership.

Time Required
Availability on Thursday, Friday or Saturday up to 15 hrs pw.
