The Developing Foundation Inc is a local charity that has supported Queensland families coping with brain injury since 1978. Our popular Yesterdays Thrift Shop is in the trendy Rosalie precinct and provides a fun and rewarding working environment. Duties include customer service, shop displays and stock pricing. Our boutique thrift shop offers 6 rooms of good quality fashionable clothing and accessories for women, men and children. We also offer a range of home wares and lots more. You should enjoy meeting people and are able to commit to at least 1 shift per week (4 hours). Public transport is available and there is onsite parking. No experience required as full training will be provided.
Shifts are generally 4 hours but when training is complete our volunteers can select to work more/longer shifts We are open from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday; Sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm. JobSeekers wanting to meet their mutual obligation requirements by volunteering are welcome.*
