A fantastic opportunity is available for a passionate Program Manager to take charge and provide strategic leadership across various projects at Get2Know! The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic and a motivated team that are extremely passionate about the work they do while contributing to the community!


  • Develop, manage, own and maintain the Program Management plan and associated artefacts throughout the life of the program.

  • Drive the program management activities across the organisation and work closely with the teams.

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact of the Program Management, overseeing the successful delivery of the program.

  • Coach and lead the project teams to create an affective team environment.

  • Support the consistency of quality deliverables.

  • Identify, mitigate and escalate issues/risks where appropriate.

  • Manage and maintain effective program reporting ensuring end-to-end visibility of active projects and progress against each project’s outcomes.


  • Proven experience at a Senior Project Management level.

  • Tertiary qualified in IT or related discipline.

  • Experience in Agile delivery model.

  • Proven ability to successfully lead projects and delivering agreed outcomes.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.

  • Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain working relationships.

  • Ability to build and motivate a team and analyse and solve issues.

  • An approachable, supportive and can-do attitude.

  • A willingness to take ownership for various projects.

Time Required

10-15 hours per week, flexible with timings. Must be very responsive to emails, phone calls and/or text messages from all stakeholders.
