About this opportunity

Duties:  Answer the phone  Liaise with the bookkeeper on invoicing, receipting and client movements  Manage the petty cash tin  Write ad hoc letters  Order stationery and marketing collateral  Maintain and send emails  Maintain integrity of database inputting  Make appointments for the CEO and Site Manager  Organise volunteer rosters  Book appointments for clients according to case plans  Other admin duties as required

Key Capabilities:  Good communication skills both written and oral  Ability to follow processes and procedures and suggest improvements  Ability to work as a member of a team  Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Email systems

Time Required
