Corporate Services Support Assistant – reception relief

About this opportunity

The role involves customer service and the liaison and administration of bookings for peer education sessions through the bookings office based in reception :

  • Provide a positive customer service experience
  • Respect the rights of individuals including confidentiality and privacy
  • Contribute to a positive environment and culture within the team
  • Dealing with incoming post and liaising with couriers
  • Monitoring reception email inbox
  • To keep informed of COTA SA’s current topical issues and handle inquiries about them appropriately and as directed
  • To handle inquiries and refer the inquiries in a timely manner via telephone, email or written message
  • Data entry
  • Record RSVP’s for events
  • Bookings Office related tasks for the peer education program

Role Requirements:

  • Previous reception or office administration environment experience
  • Current experience with website and general internet navigation skills
  • Comfortable with answering the telephone
  • Aged and aged care related services knowledge
  • Understanding of issues affecting older people within the community
  • Appreciation of the diversity of individuals
  • National police certificate
