About this opportunity

There are a range of roles to be covered in our Connecting Communities Service. These include support for the playgroup, community events, workshops and engagement with children ages 7 - 11 in our after school Junior Hangout program. As a volunteer you'll be encouraged to interact with the young participants and encourage them to be actively involved in the program and their community. Programs include:- Family Circle Mondays 10am - 12pm in school terms Bubs and Tots Wednesdays 10am - 12pm during school terms Junior Hangout Wednesday 3.30 - 5.30pm during school terms Pram walk Thursday 9.30 - 10.00am Get involved locally - Which one suits you?


Additional requirements

Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

Genuine interest in community engagement and love of children and desire to enhance parenting skills and child development.

Time Required
