About this opportunity

Key Duties Handle all phone and email enquiries Process all visitor bookings Rostering and coordinating Tour Guides Reporting Visitor attendance etc. Processing all DCSI applications A willingness and interest in learning about the Gaol Skills and Experience Good computer skills are essential (MS Office) Good communication skills (verbal and written) An organised and reliable approach is necessary Good customer service and communication skills A willingness to learn new skills An interest in history is beneficial Benefits Full training and support will be provided at no cost to you All out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed Working with dedicated and friendly fellow volunteers Participate in occasional group social functions Impact Knowing that you are supporting the AGPS team in providing professional tours Creating an interest in the Adelaide Gaol Steps required to apply Go to, About Us and scroll down to Volunteer Opportunities to complete the Volunteer Application. Driver's Licence (C) .
