We are a charitable organisation who believe people shouldn’t have to be defined by their past so we provide a structured, safe and supportive environment, that aims to relieve homelessness, destitution, addiction, family violence, mental health issues and any other issue that causes life to be out of control, through an holistic, therapeutic, faith-based model.
Founded on a Therapeutic Community Model, our signature Transformations Program has been designed to drive positive and constructive social and psychological change in individuals whose lives seem unmanageable.
By providing ongoing psychological, spiritual, physical and behavioural peer to peer rehabilitation services, we help individuals from all walks of life find and live a life with purpose. We need you to help us support the people in our residential program.
• To assist in the processes and procedures for assessment, induction and case management. • A knowledge of/and or contacts with the services available to people in recovery as outlined above would be highly regarded • Competent at writing English • Some social work, case management or community service skills a plus but can be studying. • Working part time at another organisation is okay. • We are a new innovation and you will be along for the ride. • you will have substantial impact in individuals and families and the wider community
