Returning contact to Patients of their families. Offering them assistance after they have first contacted us at head office by a Hospital representative, or by an e-mail or on their mobile phone. This is a very casual request as some areas do not get many calls. But in saying that we do not know what tomorrow brings when we talk of Motor-vehicle and Motorcycle accidents. We assist both car and Motorcycle users. Our charity has been going for 13 plus years now. Being able to talk in clear English is a benefit and other languages could be very handy to have as well. It's a great feeling to know that you have been able to assist another person at a critical time in their life. The IT Response Volunteer, it would be preferred that you are on the Central Coast NSW but not essential.

To be able to work from home unsupervised. Be able to contact a person by e-mail or phone call and flick them of the information required to assist them with their enquiry. All our information is on a memory stick to make things easy.
