About this opportunity

Coonara Community House requires a reception and administration superstar to join the team who is an outgoing, positive and compassionate person. As the first point of contact, this role is ideal for someone who is organised and confident in dealing with people from all walks of life, providing a welcoming smile and presenting a professional experience to the community. You must be confident with reception duties, such as answering phones and be able to manage and prioritise tasks while on reception. Experience in reception, office administration and customer service preferred

Skills required:

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills • Experience working with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and use of a database • Quick, creative thinking and problem solving; independent decision making • Empathy with the goals and philosophy of Coonara Community House. • Ability to work productively in an unstructured environment with frequent interruptions.

Additional requirements

National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

Previous reception experience preferred
