About this opportunity
Liaising with the Partnerships Manager to discover the needs of our members and organise presenters for topics that are relevant. This role will assist in creating the marketing to promote our training workshops to our member base and wider audiences; organise presenters and relevant resources for each workshop. We also have an online learning platform which will require administration support and content management.
Ideally you have a background in event or training planning, are comfortable using all Microsoft and Outlook applications and familiar on preparing reports and feedback for program delivery.
We currently host one workshop per month, which requires two days per week of volunteering, ideally Tues/Wed/Thurs.
Experience in the Microsoft suite of programs with demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel and admin tasks, experience in education or presentation facilitation desirable.
