Visitor Information Centre Ambassadors are to offer tourists current and relevant tourist information. Visit Sunshine Coast operates 3 accredited Visitor Information Centres for the benefit of the Sunshine Coast tourism industry, businesses, local community and all visitors to the region. The centres provide a range of local and regional brochures and information on tours, attractions and accommodation. • Be aware and adhere to all Visit Sunshine Coast policies and procedures in this handbook. • Report any hazards to the Visitor Servicing Coordinator and ensure a safe working environment for yourself. • Represent Visit Sunshine Coast and its members in a positive manner. • Undertake COVID safe training before recommencing role with Visit Sunshine Coast • Keep the Visitor Information Centre surfaces clean and maintain good personal hygiene to keep the team and visitors safe.

Ensure you assist visitors to the best of your ability and provide them with up to date
3 or 3.5 hour shifts. Days negotiable.Suitable for

One on one training with Visitor Servicing Coordinator then shadowing training for all future shifts
