We're recruiting again!!
We invite anyone who naturally enjoys the outdoors and helping children and adults experience the joy of recreational fishing to join our team. We conduct over 50 educational clinics each year and are always looking for volunteers to help deliver these events.
As a Fishing Assistant, you will provide practical support to participants by;
- Assisting participants safely catch and release fish from Piers and Jetties
- Assisting with bait and tackle
- Casting practice and knot tying
- Showing an awareness of the Victorian fishing Rules and Practices

Time Required
A few hours every month.

Training and mentoring is provided. Annual Volunteer Training day (January), First Aid training, Guest speakers, Social events and Annual Conference opportunities.
ReimbursementVolunteers can be reimbursed for travel costs to and from clinics.
