About this opportunity
The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme coordinates volunteers to visit people who are socially isolated and whose quality of life would be improved by friendship and a regular visit from a volunteer.
We are seeking a male volunteer who would enjoy visiting a care recipient within their own home in Bundaberg region. The care recipient enjoys computers, crosswords and chats about golf.
Your hours can vary from 1 hour per fortnight upwards with times and days arranged to suit yourself and the recipient.

Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *.
Suncare will cover the cost of the initial mandatory National Police Certificate as well as its renewals. A full driver’s licence and an insured and reliable vehicle is required if your role includes transportation.
