Creative Lifestyle Volunteer

About this opportunity

Trinder Park Aged Care is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to be part of their dedicated Creative Lifestyle team as they run fun and creative activities for their residents.

Volunteers who have skills in the arts will find opportunities to use these skills with the residents.  However enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude counts for more in supporting the Creative Lifestyle team.

Activities include indoor sports such as Bocce and Bobs, board games, Bingo, singing, dancing, reminisces and outings.

Additional requirements

Covid-19 vaccination . NDIS screening check .

Current COVID vaccination. Lutheran Services will apply and pay for your NDIS card.

Time Required

A few hours each day. We will work around your time commitments

Training

All Volunteers undertake basic training in PPE, Hygiene & Infection Control, Volunteer and Residents Rights and Emergency procedures.s

Reimbursement

Morning tea and lunch is provided if you work a 3 hour shift
