About this opportunity
Set up playing space in the Library with all necessary equipment. This may involve moving tables, ensuring there are enough chairs and setting up games.
Planning each group meeting in advance, with input from the group.
To run each monthly session – second Wednesday of each month 5.30pm – 7.30pm.
Plan and manage the Pathfinder Table top Game campaign for the group.
Create an encouraging and positive, interactive environment for players.
To mediate when there is a disagreement. Try to resolve fairly for everyone involved.
Supervise and assist in packing up the space after the group session. This may involve putting back chairs, returning tables to their original position, putting rubbish in the bin.
You should aim to leave the space in the same condition you found it in.
You will need to inform your Volunteer Supervisor if there are any additional resources the group requires.
Ability to communicate well with a variety of players.
Strong ability to plan and organise the ongoing Pathfinder Table top Game campaign and players.
Knowledge and experience being part of Pathfinder Table top Game.
Ability to communicate with the staff at the Library what you will need before the group meets.
Ability to mediate any disagreements that arise within the group and try to resolve fairly for everyone involved.
National Volunteer Police Certificate and Working with Children’s Check.
