Would you like to join our team of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about fulfilling our mission of working with farmers to rehome unwanted farm animals into loving forever homes?
This is an incredibly important role that is suitable for someone with experience within the customer service industry, as well as a positive can-do attitude and a big heart for animals.
This role will see you connecting with potential surrenderers and adopters via phone and Facebook messenger, completing background checks for potential adopters and processing adoption applications, as well as all related administration tasks.
This role saves lives.
The successful applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, spelling & grammar skills and proficiency in using Facebook, Facebook messenger and Microsoft programs.
In addition to this, successful applicants should have a polite and warm personality and a willingness to help anyone who contacts our organisation. You must be able to show understanding, empathy and compassion to all of those involved in the surrendering and adoption process.
This is a remote role which means you can volunteer from the comfort of your own home. You must have access to a computer and internet.
This position is for our Saturday shift and therefore the successful applicant must be able to commit to working Saturdays.

You will have one-on-one training with our Admin/Adoption team leader. We also have a very welcoming team of volunteers who are more than happy to assist and answer any questions our new volunteers have.
