Animal - Horse Assistant - Animal Services
About this opportunity
We own about 10 horses, and they have to be fed and looked over every day with the exception of the school holidays in the summer. Primary care is the responsibility of our trained coaches, so the volunteer is supervised and taught the basic care and maintenance. We have 2 types of positions available; you can choose one or more days to assist. Horse experience is not necessary, as full training will be offered. Please note, there is no horse riding involved.

Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Feed and look after 10 horses. No previous experience is required. NDIS clearance
9.30 to 3.30 Mon the Fri School days 8.30 to 9.30am and/or 4.00 to 4.30 pm at weekends and public holidays
