About this opportunity

We require people who appreciate the importance of a cultural centre within the Peel Region and who can welcome our guests and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

You will be focused on customer service and able to work as part of a team in assisting with front-of-house duties which include: *ushering *assisting with tea and coffee service *acting as a welcoming ambassador for the theatre.

You will have the opportunity to make new friends and be involved in our Volunteer Social Club events.


Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) . Working with Children Check *.

Must become a member and pay $25 per year membership. Must be able to stand for at least 20 minutes minimum. Have the ability to work unsupervised. Ability to read and interpret event tickets. Be responsible for evacuating patrons. Adhere to our Standard Dress Policy (uniform to be purchased at a subsidised cost). Have sufficient mobility to assist patrons to their seats which includes stairs. Able to work within a team environment. Able to work on a roster system. Able to make a long term commitment.
