Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme - Stirling
About this opportunity
To improve quality for residents in an aged care facility to visit those who have limited family and social contact .
To visit once per week on the same day and visit the same person to maintain a good relationship.
Visits can be Mon-Fri, 10-11.30am or 1.30.4.00pm
Volunteers with other language skills but not essential to visit persons from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds.
Additional requirements
Covid-19 vaccination . Flu vaccination . National Police Certificate *.
A commitment to working with aged residents in aged care facilities, interest and empathy with older persons.
A current flu vaccination certificate required .
Monday to Friday 1 hour per week
