Teach the iPad and iPhone to Seniors
About this opportunity
You don't need to be a technology whizz to be able to help other seniors learn how to use the iPad. The sessions are conducted in a relaxed and social environment with the emphasis on fun, continual learning and sharing what we know. The group meets weekly and people can attend for as long as they like. All aspects are covered from what to buy, how to connect to the internet to using apps, and staying connected with family and friends. Taking, storing, sharing and editing photos, playing games, and getting the information we want from the internet is also on the agenda. There are opportunities to welcome people and help them to find their way around the iPad in small beginners sessions for groups of 2 or 3 people, or present what you know on a topic to a larger group if you are comfortable with that.
