About this opportunity
Other tasks involve: Load and unload Vinnies and donor vehicles Assist the driver to empty donation bins Stock movement between stores General manual handling
Volunteers will ideally: Be a people person - welcoming, encouraging and positive Have good time management, presentation and organisational skills and use initiative to get the job done Have a current, valid forklift licence Have a current, valid driver's licence (car licence sufficient Be physically fit, with manual stock handling experience
May also be required to assist in the warehouse. We welcome those with previous experience in warehousing and logistics backgrounds to share their experience with their fellow volunteers in the Distribution Centre. Male or female volunteers will be considered.

Driver's Licence (C) . Heavy Lifting . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
All participants need to have a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (paid for by Vinnies) and undertake an initial three month trial period and should be willing to learn, participate and work within a team environment.
