Fundraising Assistant
About this opportunity
As a Fundraising Event Assistant, your responsibilities will include event coordination, venue research, and providing assistance during the event, such as setting up and packing up, selling raffle tickets, and organising prizes. In addition, there may be opportunities to assist with food preparation and service at certain events.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in event planning and fundraising, while making a meaningful difference in the community.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *.
Have a 'can do' attitude. Excellent people and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Confident in social settings. Some experience in marketing and promotion would be well regarded. Marketing and promotion of Peel Connect. Some lifting may be required.
