About this opportunity

Please note the following tasks will be distributed accordingly amongst volunteers with existing skills and experience taken into account. Volunteers will be given the opportunity to work in different areas.

*To support the planning, organising and delivery of Gosford City Community & Information Services Ltd 50 years of Community Service celebration day to be held in November 2021. *Attend planning meetings when required *Assist in areas assigned including the planning and organising within that area eg set up and packing up/cleaning *Assist with the event in capacity required leading up to and on the day of the event. *Assist with the running of the event on the day *To provide administrative assistance for marketing activities including creating invitations, sourcing decorations, distribution of fliers and posters on the Central Coast, mail-outs (folding and stuffing envelopes) if required. *Assist with the advertising and promoting of the event. *Organise sponsors to donate prizes for door raffles *Other activities relating to the event as needed

Additional requirements

Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
