Hills Billy Carts Inc. will be conducting their major event on 24th March 2024. We are looking for someone with an engaging personality who can describe events on the day on a public address system and conduct interviews with participants, spectators, and officials.

We are a not-for-profit community group who hold an annual “Hills Billy Cart Festival” at Mount Helena in the Perth Hills.
