This involves providing emergency repairs on buildings, to restoration of essential services and ferrying cargo and passengers across flood waters. Helping the community to recover by responding to natural disasters is only part of SES’ responsibility.

The Safety school is open Monday – Friday from 9am -1pm, where you assist children during this fun interactive program. Volunteering can be one day a week, a fortnight or month for a four-hour shift.
