We are seeking a team of motivated and passionate people to deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to our patients, visitors and caregivers. There are a variety of roles are available.

We are looking for volunteers to welcome patients at our main entrance lobby and in our Level 3 lobby. Volunteers will be the friendly, welcoming face of our hospital and provide information and directions to various outpatient clinics and departments. You may also assist patients to use the Q-Flow kiosk to register their attendance for appointments.

Mercy Hospital for Women is a major public hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing midwifery and allied health expertise to provide complex care for obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological needs. The Volunteer Concierge will welcome patients to Level 3 and provide direction to various outpatient clinics and departments.
