Uniting's Emergency Relief services have opportunities within their dedicated teams. The roles includes packing and distribution of food, initial eligibility interviews, entry of data, and maintaining the work environment. 1-2 shifts per week, 9am-1pm weekdays.

The Orygen Assist program provides essential items including non-perishable foods, clothing, and hygiene products to young people & their families. This position supports our volunteer-run service by completing deliveries of online clinician orders.

Orygen Assist volunteers provide front-facing assistance to young people and their families at our Parkville drop-in, as well as administrative support for the operational running of the service.

FoodFilled is seeking passionate volunteers to help with food deliveries! Flexible commitment, just once a fortnight and takes approx 1 hour! Pickups mostly located in Melbourne’s South East. Volunteer shift involves driving to pick up leftover/excess food from retailers (e.g. supermarket/bakery) and delivering it to a local charity, saving valuable food from ending up in landfill and providing immediate relief for those experiencing food insecurity.
