    An opportunity for those who love model/miniature railways. We have a 7 ¼” gauge railway around the grounds that is available to visitors most days we are open. We have 3 locomotives (Steam, petrol, hydraulic). We are looking for someone who will be a practical leading-hand for this museum activity: From driving to track-work.     This role is for those with an eye for detail who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. Duties include maintaining the appearance or our iconic collection dog donation tins, washing them with soapy water, replacing damaged stickers and security chain. Volunteers support the collection dog volunteer driver role by ensuring there is enough clean mini dog collection tins to be used on the following weeks scheduled collection run.
