Guide Dogs Tasmania is looking for volunteers that would like to be a part of their collection dog program. Each year significant funds are raised through the collection program that support vital services for Tasmanians who are living with low vision, disability and Illness.

Are you a social butterfly, love to meet new people and be actively engaged in your community? This is a great role for those that would enjoy representing Guide Dogs Tasmania by being face to face with our amazing supporters at events. Various duties include providing information about our vital programs and services, accurately recording sales of merchandise, donations and donor details, cash handling, retail skills, and additional optional opportunities for pubic speaking and presenting.

As a start-up not-for profit peak body, PRECI is currently run entirely by volunteers. We require a volunteer with skills in fundraising, who can support the Directors with innovative and creative ideas to raise funds to support the vision of PRECI! Your skills will assist us in ensuring that children with disability and their families receive high quality support from their services and supports.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year: we will require the volunteers to be available from 3pm Friday to approximately 12pm Sunday. Dates range however camps are usually held in March and November.
