The Open Support Shop is a fun retail volunteer environment, if you love nice things and helping others, this is the position for you! The primary focus of the Volunteer Shop Assistant is the daily operations and customer service activities of the Open Support Gift Shop. The role works directly with the Shop Coordinator to deliver efficient and effective customer service to promote sales, and deliver outstanding customer service and to raise awareness of Open Support and its programs.
