As a community coach you will be trained in the art of leadership coaching and then matched to a young adult from one of the local high schools. You will use your new coaching skills to coach on personal leadership, goals and community leadership. You will receive three professional coaching sessions, and the opportunity to boost your young adult's confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
