Prepare, cook and pack meals from scratch for the homeless & needy.

CUDL urgently requires cooks to prepare meals at home for distribution at our street kitchen in Whitmore Square in the city. Volunteers will prepare budget meals at home once a month for collection by one of our team of drivers. Meals will go to the growing number of people in Adelaide experiencing homelessness who, otherwise, would go hungry.

Empowering people who are experiencing homelessness by creating home cooked meals. All food and containers are provided from our North Parramatta Distribution Centre.

Lane Cove National Park has a thriving Bushcare Program running under the supervision of a National Parks Bushcare Coordinator. There are groups currently working on different days, from every week to once a month, and they welcome new members. Work is in the bush, removing weeds so that native plants will regenerate, improving the biodiversity of the park.

The Sustainable Living Skills Organiser will prepare a program of educational talks, workshops, and other events relating to healthy and sustainable living from making our own EcoPeroducts to organising herbal first aid courses.

Would you be aged over 18, have good spoken English, and have at least two hours spare to mind our paint shop in St Peters on a regular or semi-regular basis? We'd love your help. Some knowledge of paint (or willingness to learn) is highly valued.
