St Pat's FC Sutherland needs YOU! Our Club relies on our wonderful volunteers to get everyone out on the park every weekend. There are so many benefits to volunteering for our family Club – meeting new people, learning new skills, increased motivation and happiness. We have a number of roles yet to fill for this season and as a Club Volunteer, you will be part of a supportive and committed team that is focused on running a fun and enjoyable football season for our players and families.

CUDL urgently requires cooks to prepare meals at home for distribution at our street kitchen in Whitmore Square in the city. Volunteers will prepare budget meals at home once a month for collection by one of our team of drivers. Meals will go to the growing number of people in Adelaide experiencing homelessness who, otherwise, would go hungry.

### **Sydney 10 is back for 2024!** We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the delivery of the Sydney 10 which is the NSW 10km Road Championships.

Empowering people who are experiencing homelessness by creating home cooked meals. All food and containers are provided from our North Parramatta Distribution Centre.

You'll help manage inventory, sort raw food donations, and record data to support our mission of providing meals to those in need. Your duties will include weighing donations, logging inventory, and tracking meal distributions to partner charities.

Are you a keen / expereienced bike rider who can assist with our Memory Walk & Jog Events. Does leisurely riding 20-30kms guideing partiicpants around a wonderful track sound like fun? BYO Bike and Helmet Essential. Memory Walk & Jogs are a family-friendly, fun-filled morning, supporting Dementia Australia raise much needed funds.

Our Big Kitchen needs a volunteer front-of-house person to welcome both corporate group attendees and individual volunteers. Your presence will help make a difference by increasing customer experience and ensure that we track the correct data for us to improve the way we help the community.

Barbeque Hand -Pennant Hills Senior Australian Rules Football Club. Asist with the running of home games by cooking food to be sold through the canteen. Learn food handling and customer interfacing skills. Give 4 hours on a Saturday from 9:00am through to 5:00pm

You'll be welcomed into the supersized commercial kitchen. You'll get busy in the kitchen transforming rescued food into nutritious meals, that will be delivered to disadvantaged communities.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like.
