Max Potential is a youth leadership program that connects young people with leaders in their local community. As a community coach you will be trained in the art of leadership coaching and then matched to a young adult from one of the local high schools. As a Local Coordinator, you will provide additional support to a High School Exchange student from overseas who is living with a host family and attending High School in your local community. A Local Coordinator must live within 2 hours of where a student is living. If you are interested in other cultures, young people and families, this role is perfect for you. You may have been an exchange student or host family yourself - but that is not a requirement.

Our Tutoring Program was established in 2009, in response to the increasing number of children and young people needing extra support and guidance with their school work. It's a free service offered to families in our communities who experience financial hardships.
