Family Drug Support (FDS) offers a 24/7 National Support Line for families & carers supporting someone with substance use issues. Volunteers are trained in the Family Drug Support model to offer non-judgmental support to reduce the isolation and stigma that people experience.

The Emergency Relief (ER) Volunteer assists clients who are experiencing financial hardship through the provision of food parcels, food voucher, petrol voucher and PBS (chemist) prescriptions. The ER Volunteer is required to meet with clients through scheduled appointments, which are held weekly from Monday – Thursday.
